Critical Care Staff Nurse - WCAN

Responsibilities for Critical Care Staff Nurse:

• Deliver patient-centred nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Assess, monitor, and document patients' conditions while ensuring timely nursing interventions.
• Adhere to infection control practices, patient safety standards, and hospital policies.
• Work closely with doctors and the multidisciplinary team to support quality patient outcomes.
• Undertake other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications for Critical Care Staff Nurse:

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing with a valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) licence.
• Keen to develop a career in Critical Care nursing.
• Prior ICU experience is an advantage but not required.
• Candidates with at least 3 years of acute hospital nursing experience in areas such as Accident & Emergency (A&E), Operating Theatre (OT), Obstetrics & Gynaecology (O&G), Inpatient Wards, or other relevant clinical specialties are encouraged to apply.
