Clinic Executive - WCAN

Responsibilities for Clinic Executive:

• Provide front-desk support including patient registration, appointment coordination, insurance verification, and handling patient enquiries via phone and email.
• Welcome patients professionally and ensure a smooth check-in and clinic flow.
• Assist doctors during consultations, minor procedures, and other clinical activities to support patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records, medical documentation, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external healthcare providers to facilitate effective patient care.
• Ensure the clinic environment is clean, safe, and well-organized in accordance with hygiene standards.
• Provide patients with basic healthcare information and guidance when required.

Qualifications for Clinic Executive:

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of experience in a clinic, healthcare, or customer service environment preferred.
• Basic computer skills with proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
• Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy and patient confidentiality.
