Working Hours / Location:

• 4 Days Work, 2 Days Off
• Day Shift: 5:30am to 3:30pm (1way transport)
• Night Shift: 3pm to 1am (1way transport)
• Location: Changi Airport

Job Scope:

• Assisting passengers and visitors with queries and directions
• Sharing flight information and recommending airport dining & retail options
• Responding to inquiries via calls, emails, chatbot, and social media
• Handling on-site incidents and medical emergencies professionally
• Supporting daily operations and taking on ad-hoc duties as needed
• Providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive airport experience
• Assisting passengers with wayfinding, transportation, and airport facilities
• Managing customer feedback, compliments, and complaints in a timely manner
• Coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve passenger issues
• Supporting airport events, campaigns, and passenger engagement initiatives
• Monitoring service standards and reporting operational concerns when necessary
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and incident reports

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE N Level with 1 year of customer service or frontline experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Service-oriented and calm under pressure
• Willing to commit shifts, including weekends, public holidays and overnight shifts
