Clinic Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our medical clinic. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth clinic workflows, delivering excellent patient service, and supporting business performance through effective team and operations management.

Key Responsibilities

Clinic Operations

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring efficient patient flow and service delivery

• Ensure compliance with MOH/HCSA regulations and clinic SOPs

• Monitor clinic cleanliness, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance
  

Staff Management

• Supervise and schedule clinic assistants to ensure adequate manpower coverage

• Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance

• Foster a positive and professional working environment
  

Patient Experience

• Ensure high standards of customer service and patient satisfaction

• Handle patient feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally
  

Administrative & Financial Duties

• Manage billing processes, including private patients and TPA/insurance claims (e.g., Fullerton, Alliance, MHC, etc.)

• Perform daily closing, reconciliation, and reporting of clinic revenue

• Assist in cost control, procurement, and vendor coordination
  

Systems & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records in clinic management systems (e.g., Plato / CMS systems)

• Prepare operational and financial reports for management review

• Support business initiatives, process improvements, and new clinic setups where required
