Role Summary

The Customer Service Officer supports the daily operations of the school by managing customer enquiries, student enrolment, cashiering, administrative duties, marketing activities, and facility coordination. The role ensures smooth centre operations while delivering excellent customer service to students, parents, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote courses and assist prospective students with programme enquiries and enrolment.
• Perform daily prospecting and follow up on sales leads.
• Process enrolments, prepare enrolment reports, and maintain student records.
• Handle cashiering duties, including payment collection, banking, and outstanding fee follow-ups.
• Deliver excellent customer service by attending to enquiries, feedback, and complaints.
• Support area marketing activities, including leaflet distribution and promotional campaigns.
• Assist in creating marketing materials and centre promotions.
• Monitor school cleanliness, facilities, equipment, and stock inventory.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate administrative records.
• Support school events and perform general administrative duties.
