SUPERVISOR

Job Description & Requirements

• Supervise and coordinate workers for lift installation, lift interior, repair and upgrading works at project sites.
• Monitor daily work progress and ensure works are completed according to project requirements and schedule.
• Assign duties to workers and ensure proper manpower and work arrangements.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors and other site personnel.
• Ensure workers follow workplace safety rules, safe work procedures and site requirements.
• Conduct regular site checks and ensure proper housekeeping and safe working conditions.
• Check materials, tools and equipment required for site works.
• Guide workers on proper installation methods and work procedures.
• Identify and report site issues, defects or safety concerns to the management.
• Ensure work quality meets company and project requirements.
• Prepare or assist with daily work progress reports and site records.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in lift, escalator, construction or installation works will be an advantage.
• Experience supervising workers at construction or project sites.
• Good knowledge of workplace safety requirements.
• Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with workers and site personnel.
• Responsible, hardworking and able to work independently.
• Willing to work at different project sites in Singapore.
• Relevant safety certifications such as Building Construction Safety Supervisor (BCSS) or Work at Height Supervisor will be an advantage.
