Job Responsibilities

• Perform facial, skincare and beauty treatments according to company standards.
• Conduct customer consultations and recommend suitable treatments and skincare products.
• Maintain good customer relationships and provide professional service.
• Assist with sales activities, promotions and achieving outlet targets.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and proper arrangement of treatment areas.

Job Requirements

• Interested in building a long-term career in the beauty and wellness industry.
• Good communication and customer service skills with a pleasant and professional attitude.
• Willing to undergo training and learn beauty treatments and product knowledge.
• Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment and handling sales targets.
• Able to work according to outlet schedules, including weekends and public holidays when required.
