Outlet Manager

Responsibilities

Operational Management:
Supervise the outlet’s daily operations, including opening and closing routines, to ensure smooth and efficient workflows. Lead and coordinate both front-of-house (service) and back-of-house (kitchen/baking) teams to maintain strong alignment and productivity. Uphold consistently high standards of customer service and quality (QSC), ensuring the brand is always well represented.

Financial & Administrative Management:
Take full responsibility for the outlet’s overall performance, working towards achieving and surpassing monthly sales targets and KPIs. Manage and monitor all operating costs—such as labor, food, and overheads—to ensure adherence to budget. Oversee inventory management, including stock checks, ordering, and waste minimization. Handle daily sales operations, including cash management and reporting, and complete all required administrative tasks.

Team Leadership & Development:
Hire, train, and develop a strong, service-oriented team. Foster a positive and engaging work environment by supporting staff well-being and growth. Plan and manage staff schedules to ensure efficient manpower deployment and balanced workloads. Guide and coach team members on product knowledge and upselling techniques to drive sales and enhance customer experience.

Quality & Brand Standards:
Ensure strict compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and operational standards. Address customer feedback and complaints promptly, applying effective service recovery to improve customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing outlet environment, including both display and dining areas.
