Supply Chain Executive

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations, including warehousing, inventory, transportation and distribution.
• Monitor inventory levels, warehouse utilisation and stock accuracy to ensure efficient storage and inventory management.
• Manage and coordinate with 3PL providers and contractors, ensuring compliance with service agreements, SLAs and KPIs.
• Coordinate material movements and deliveries to support smooth operations and timely customer fulfilment.
• Identify and implement cost-saving, process improvement, digitalisation and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Prepare operational reports and analyse data to identify trends, performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Drive Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) practices, including contractor safety management, risk assessments, safety inspections and incident follow-up.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements and quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or distribution operations.
• Experience in 3PL management and continuous improvement projects will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations, inventory management, logistics performance and WSH requirements.
