Engineering Technician (East, Flexible Shifts)

• Set up and support semiconductor test equipment for engineering and production activities.
• Perform test program loading, correlation, reject verification, and test hardware preparation.
• Execute device characterization, sample screening, and reliability testing support.
• Troubleshoot and sustain test equipment to ensure optimal performance and production readiness.

Requirements:

• Nitec in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, test operations, equipment support, or engineering environment.
• Hands-on experience with semiconductor test equipment, including ATE testers, handlers, probers, thermostream systems, or bench test equipment.
• Knowledge of ATE platforms is preferred; experience with Advantest V93K (93K) testers and HTOL/reliability testing support.
• Able to work flexible shift schedules, including rotating 3-4-4-3 shifts, staggered shifts, and night shifts as required by business needs.
