Architectural Coordinator (HDB, Condo & Landed Projects)

• Coordinate architectural works between consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Ensure designs and documentation are accurate and submitted on time.
• Maintain drawing control and track revisions across projects.
• Assist in resolving design-related site issues.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Architecture.
• At least 3 years of architectural coordination experience in HDB, Condo, and Landed projects.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for multi-disciplinary coordination.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and site coordination.
