Quantity Surveyor (HDB/Condo/Landed Projects)

• Assist in preparing bills of quantities, cost estimates, and tender documentation.
• Monitor project expenditures and provide regular cost reports.
• Review and evaluate subcontractor claims and variations.
• Support senior QS in contract administration.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• At least 3 years’ quantity surveying experience in HDB, Condo, and Landed projects.
• Knowledge of construction costing, contract management, and procurement.
• Proficiency in cost management software and reporting tools.
