Student Care Teacher (Full-Time | Islandwide) #EC

Job Summary

We are hiring a responsible and caring Student Care Teacher to provide student supervision, homework guidance, and classroom management for primary school students in a structured and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise students’ daily activities including arrival, dismissal, meals, and playtime

• Provide homework supervision and academic support

• Ensure student safety and well-being at all times

• Manage student behavior using positive classroom management techniques

• Conduct school pick-ups from nearby primary schools

• Plan and carry out simple activities and holiday programmes

• Maintain basic records of attendance and student progress

• Communicate with parents on students’ progress and behavior

• Support daily centre operations and administrative duties

Working Hours

• School Term: 10am - 7pm

• School Holidays: Shift work

• Required to support holiday programmes

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood / Education / Childcare preferred

• Candidates with student care or childcare experience are welcome

• Patient, responsible, and able to manage children

• Good communication and organizational skills
