Procurement Executive (Training Provided)

Role Overview

Our client is looking for a motivated and adaptable individual to support supply chain and operational activities. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience across procurement, order fulfilment, supplier coordination and business operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily procurement, purchase order processing and supply chain activities.

• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.

• Process and monitor customer orders to support timely and accurate delivery.

• Assist in preparing market updates, purchasing reports and supply trend analysis.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

• Assist in maintaining supplier and customer contracts and records.

• Take on additional responsibilities as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant experience in supply chain, procurement or the rubber industry will be an advantage.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, and PowerPoint.

• Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

• Professional and presentable outlook to coordinate with suppliers / stakeholder.

• Good team player with strong interpersonal skills.
