About the Role

We are looking for a highly energetic and hands-on Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of two student care centres located in Tampines and Pasir Ris.

This role is ideal for an experienced education or student care professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, engaging with students, parents and staff, and creating a positive and vibrant centre culture.

The Centre Manager will travel between both centres when required and play an important role in ensuring smooth centre operations, staff coordination and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the centres and ensure smooth workflow
  • Travel between the Tampines and Pasir Ris centres as required
  • Lead, motivate and support centre staff to maintain a positive and energetic working environment
  • Manage staff schedules, attendance and daily manpower requirements
  • Handle parent enquiries and feedback professionally
  • Monitor student attendance, safety, discipline and overall well-being
  • Ensure centre policies, procedures and operational standards are followed
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders when required
  • Support staff development, coaching and performance management
  • Step in to conduct classes independently when required
  • Maintain a positive, engaging and welcoming environment for students

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma qualification
  • Relevant experience in student care, education, enrichment, childcare or centre operations
  • Familiarity with the MOE syllabus, particularly at primary school level
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Highly energetic, positive and proactive personality
  • Confident in communicating with students, parents and staff
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of centre operations
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable travelling between Tampines and Pasir Ris

Teaching experience is advantageous, but the role is primarily focused on centre management and operations
