Project Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the overall planning, coordination, and execution of water infrastructure and/or Building projects from planning through to completion and handover.

• Prepare and manage project schedules, drawings, method statements, risk assessments and other project documentation.

• Monitor project progress and ensure delivery within agreed cost, schedule, quality and technical requirements.

• Manage project budget, resources, variations, subcontractors and commercial matters to achieve project objectives.

• Coordinate and resolve technical, site, construction and project-related issues promptly.

• Ensure compliance with company and project requirements for quality, safety, environmental and risk management.

• Liaise closely with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Lead and motivate the project team, ensuring effective communication, coordination and accountability.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in managing complex water infrastructure and/or Building projects.

• Proven experience in project management from planning and design coordination through construction, commissioning, and handover.

• Experience working with consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors is highly advantageous.

• Strong knowledge of project cost, schedule, quality, safety, risk and resource management.

• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

• High level of ownership, accountability and ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

• Good team player with intercultural sensitivity and ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
