Job Description
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will:
- Lead the development and execution of the Group's global tax strategy, ensuring alignment with commercial and financial objectives.
- Provide tax advisory support on business initiatives, cross-border transactions, financing arrangements, restructurings and strategic projects.
- Establish and enhance global tax governance frameworks, policies, controls and compliance processes across multiple jurisdictions.
- Own the Group's transfer pricing framework, including intercompany transactions, documentation requirements and policy implementation.
- Oversee international tax matters, including withholding taxes, tax treaties, indirect taxes and evolving global tax regulations.
- Partner closely with Treasury, Finance, Legal and commercial stakeholders on financing structures, cash repatriation and tax-efficient business decisions.
- Lead tax audits, disputes and risk management activities while maintaining visibility over material tax exposures globally.
- Monitor OECD, BEPS and Pillar Two developments and drive readiness for future international tax reporting requirements.
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Law or a related discipline.
- At least 12+ years of relevant tax experience gained within multinational corporations and/or Big Four environments.
- Strong knowledge of international corporate tax, transfer pricing, cross-border transactions, tax treaties and indirect taxes.
- Experience managing tax matters across multiple jurisdictions and engaging with tax authorities, auditors and external advisors.
- Commercially minded with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence senior business leaders.
