Technical Officer (Mechanical)

Responsibilities:

• Execute preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance works.
• Lead technicians and coordinate contractors.
• Manage maintenance records, inventories, and documentation.
• Monitor service delivery and ensure KPI compliance.
• Support maintenance projects and operational improvements.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of facilities management experience.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Positive attitude, safety-conscious, and able to multitask.
