Technical Officer (Building)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of supervisors, technicians, and contractors.
• Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Conduct building inspections and coordinate repairs for building fabric and facilities.
• Ensure maintenance works are carried out safely and in compliance with company procedures.
• Monitor service delivery, maintain proper documentation, and ensure contractual KPIs are achieved.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth facility operations
• Any other tasks, when required by Facilities Manager and Engineer.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management or building maintenance.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Positive attitude, strong safety mindset (displays good WSH behavior), and willingness to learn.
• Good documentation and multitasking abilities
