Driveway Officer

Key Responsibilities

Traffic Management:
• Monitor and manage vehicular and pedestrian traffic flow within designated areas.
• Alleviate congestion and ensure efficient movement of vehicles and pedestrians.
• Coordinate with security personnel to optimize traffic flow during peak hours and special events.

Wayfinding Assistance:
• Provide clear and accurate directions to patients, visitors, and public regarding the location of specialist clinics, diagnostic/lab facilities, and amenities.
• Assist individuals in identifying the most convenient routes to their destinations, considering factors such as distance and accessibility.

Customer Service:
• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Anticipate the needs of patients and proactively offer assistance to enhance their overall experience.
• Respond promptly to inquiries, requests for information, and concerns related to traffic flow and wayfinding.
