Director

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional strategic projects, driving operational efficiency and business excellence.
• Identify business development and growth opportunities through market, industry and competitor analysis.
• Support strategic investment initiatives, including project screening, due diligence, financial modelling oversight and integration planning.
• Support the Board of Directors through preparation of board papers, agendas, meeting coordination and follow-up on key action items.
• Monitor corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate communication among management to ensure effective execution of strategic decisions.
• Representative at key meetings, gathering insights and providing concise briefings and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Manage ad-hoc strategic initiatives and special assignments with a high degree of discretion, autonomy and accountability.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, strategic planning, management consulting or a related field, preferably in a multinational or global corporate environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear and actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior management, C-suite executives, Board members, and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional projects, navigate organizational structures and drive execution across multiple departments.
• Strong understanding of business strategy, business development, investments and financial analysis will be an advantage.
• High level of integrity, discretion, initiative, adaptability and independence, particularly when handling confidential and high-priority matters.
