Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, Digital Marketing, Business,

or a related field.

• Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in social media marketing, digital marketing,

content creation, or campaign management.

• Experience in F&B, lifestyle, hospitality, retail, or consumer brands will be an advantage.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Xiao

Hong Shu, and emerging digital platforms.

• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, copywriting, image generation, video editing,

or campaign ideation.

• Experience in managing paid social media ads, especially Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads.

• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging captions, hooks, and call-to-actions.

• Passion for food, restaurants, social media trends, and content creation.

Preferred Skills

• Basic photography, videography, and video editing skills.

• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or

similar creative software.

• Experience with influencer marketing, community management, and social media

activations.

• Mandarin literacy will be an advantage.
