Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a responsible and organised Sales Coordinator to support our day-to-day order processing and administrative operations.

This is primarily a sales support and administrative role with no direct sales target. On-the-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders via WhatsApp, email, fax, online store and phone.
• Prepare invoices and delivery orders.
• Issue work orders to the relevant departments for processing.
• Coordinate with logistics personnel and drivers on delivery arrangements.
• Prepare and provide supporting documents to customers upon request.
• Assist and advise customers on order requirements and product-related matters. Training will be provided.
• Maintain proper order records and documentation.
• Perform other general administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Organised, responsible and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable communicating with customers via phone, WhatsApp and email.
• Basic computer and administrative skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with different departments.
• Relevant administrative, customer service or sales support experience is an advantage, but not essential.
• Relevant Engineering industry experience will be a plus, but not required

Employment Details

Salary: $1,800 – $2,400 per month, negotiable based on experience
Working Days: 5 days per week
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Location: Approximately 3 minutes’ walk from Kaki Bukit MRT

On-the-job training will be provided.
