A. Marketing & Lead Generation
Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, and print) to generate awareness and drive qualified leads for investment products such as equities, mutual funds, structured products, and alternatives.
Content Creation: Develop compelling sales collaterals, pitch decks, brochures, and social media content that clearly articulate product value propositions, market insights, and investment themes.
Event Management: Organize and host client acquisition events, seminars, webinars, and roadshows to engage prospects, educate them on investment opportunities, and capture leads.
Digital Outreach: Manage the firm's social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, WeChat, etc.) by posting market updates, thought leadership articles, and product promotions to build a strong personal and corporate brand.
Database Management: Build and segment client/prospect databases for targeted marketing campaigns using CRM tools; track lead sources and measure campaign ROI.
Partnerships: Collaborate with external partners (e.g., fund managers, insurance companies, property agents) for co-marketing initiatives to expand reach.
B. Sales & Client Conversion
Proactive Selling: Actively follow up on marketing-generated leads via calls, meetings, and virtual presentations to convert prospects into paying clients.
Client Needs Analysis: Conduct fact-finding sessions to understand prospects' financial goals, risk appetite, and investment preferences.
Product Pitching: Present and recommend suitable investment solutions (mutual funds, bonds, ETFs, structured notes, etc.) with clear explanations of features, risks, fees, and performance potential.
Transaction Execution: Process client subscriptions, redemptions, and switches accurately and in a timely manner.
Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell complementary products (e.g., insurance-linked investments, wealth protection) to maximize client lifetime value.
Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication with new clients to ensure satisfaction, encourage referrals, and position yourself as their go-to investment contact.
C. Reporting & Compliance
Sales Tracking: Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular reports on lead generation, conversion rates, sales volume, and revenue achieved.
Compliance: Ensure all marketing materials and sales activities strictly adhere to regulatory guidelines (e.g., MAS, SEC, or local financial authority rules on advertising and suitability).
Client Documentation: Complete all required KYC (Know-Your-Client), risk profiling, and suitability assessments before executing any transaction.
