Key Responsibilities:

Business Origination & Sales Execution

• Actively prospect, cold-call, and network to generate new leads and convert them into paying clients.

• Drive sales of investment products by identifying client needs and matching them to suitable offerings, with a primary focus on transaction execution and product placement.

• Consistently meet or exceed aggressive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assets under management (AUM) and revenue generation.

• Cross-sell complementary investment products to existing clients to maximize wallet share.

• Execute trades and process subscription/redemption orders for clients efficiently and accurately.

Client Engagement (Sales-Focused)

• Conduct high-volume client meetings and sales presentations, both virtually and in-person, to pitch investment opportunities.

• Clearly articulate product features, performance histories, fee structures, and risk factors to close deals quickly.

• Follow up persistently on leads and referrals to shorten the sales cycle and convert prospects.

• Handle client objections effectively and provide compelling rebuttals to secure commitments.

Market & Product Knowledge

• Stay current on daily market movements, economic news, and new product launches to have credible, timely sales conversations.

• Work closely with product specialists and research teams to understand the latest investment themes and translate them into compelling sales pitches.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor products to differentiate our offerings in the market.

Pipeline & CRM Management

• Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, tracking every lead from initial contact to closure.

• Provide accurate weekly sales forecasts and activity reports to management.

• Document all client interactions, deal statuses, and follow-up actions meticulously.

Compliance & Suitability

• Ensure all sales activities adhere strictly to regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies.

• Complete all required client suitability assessments and risk profiling before executing any transaction.

• Maintain proper documentation for all sales, including order tickets, client acknowledgments, and disclosure forms.
