About the role 😊

Managing customer conversations at campaign sites, from first contact through to completed sign-up.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Engage customers at assigned sites and identify their requirements
• Attend to enquiries, including follow-up questions after initial contact
• Complete sign-ups and maintain accurate customer records
• Escalate complex cases to the site lead
• Other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements 📋

• Patient, personable, and a genuine listener
• Comfortable with face-to-face conversation throughout a shift
• No experience required. Fresh graduates welcome.

Development and progression 🤝

• One-on-one coaching for your first few weeks
• Client-specific product and compliance training
• Senior role within 1 month, team lead route thereafter
