Job Summary

Lead operations and staff development to ensure consumer satisfaction and timely completion of ACMV service tasks, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive consumer satisfaction by managing service quality and resolving client enquiries and feedback effectively
• Develop and lead a high-performing team by planning and delivering staff training programs and conducting daily team meetings for performance review and development
• Manage operations to ensure fault, repair, installation, maintenance, and emergency work are completed within timelines and meet quality standards
• Assess site-specific operational challenges and implement solutions to resolve conflicts and improve team performance
• Enforce adherence to customer guidelines, safety standards, and house rules across all site activities
• Conduct site visits to monitor technician performance, job progress, inventory levels, and customer satisfaction
• Respond promptly to emergency calls outside working hours to maintain service continuity
• Execute any other ad-hoc assignments as directed by management

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing ACMV works
• Possess a Singapore Class 3 Driver’s License
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD software applications
• Hold a valid Work at Height Certificate for Assessor/Manager roles
