Location: Novena

Working Hours: Mon - Fri Office Hours

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and coordination of a key stakeholder engagement event.
• Manage RSVP tracking, guest information, seating arrangements, dietary requirements and door gifts.
• Maintain accurate guest records and coordinate requirements with internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Assist in preparing event materials, including guest profiles, seating plans, run sheets and operational documents.
• Support event-day operations, including registration, guest reception, dinner service, programme execution and event setup/teardown.
• Provide post-event administrative support, including attendance consolidation, thank-you communications, follow-ups and tracking of outstanding matters.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in any related field.
• Prior experience in event coordination, administration or a similar role is an advantage.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable with hands-on event support and administrative duties.
