Client Solutions Manager, Vietnamese Speaking

About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Client Solutions Manager to support advertisers in Vietnam, including businesses running cross-border advertising campaigns.

In this client-facing role, you will act as a strategic partner to performance marketing teams, helping clients improve campaign outcomes, resolve technical and operational issues, and make effective use of digital advertising solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a primary point of contact for advertisers and performance marketing stakeholders.
• Develop and execute client strategies that support measurable business and advertising outcomes.
• Understand clients’ commercial objectives and provide tailored campaign recommendations.
• Navigate the technical details of performance marketing campaigns with accuracy and close attention to detail.
• Monitor campaign performance, identify opportunities, and communicate actionable insights to clients.
• Troubleshoot campaign and platform-related issues in partnership with internal support teams.
• Manage high-value processes effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions.
• Maintain a high standard of client service while following relevant policies and procedures.

The language requirement is directly connected to the day-to-day responsibilities of the position and the clients supported by the role.

What We’re Looking For

Essential requirements

• Proficiency in Vietnamese and English for direct communication with Vietnam-based external clients and internal regional stakeholders.
• At least five years of relevant experience in performance marketing, direct-response advertising, client solutions, account management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing campaigns and digital advertising technologies.
• Strong client management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, remain resourceful, and collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
• Confidence managing detailed, high-revenue processes in a fast-moving environment.
• Willingness to travel regularly to Vietnam.

Language Requirement

• Proficiency in both Vietnamese and English
• This role directly supports advertisers and performance marketing teams in Vietnam. Vietnamese proficiency is therefore necessary to conduct client meetings, understand market-specific business needs, discuss detailed campaign and performance matters, troubleshoot issues, and communicate recommendations accurately in the clients’ local language.
• English proficiency is also required because the role is based in Singapore and involves regular collaboration with regional and cross-functional internal teams that operate in English.
