Summary
This role is responsible for driving partner and product marketing initiatives across the enterprise technology ecosystem, with a focus on developing and executing joint go-to-market strategies with strategic channel partners, distributors, resellers, and telecommunications providers. As part of a newly established enterprise marketing function created through an organisational restructure, you will play a key role in accelerating enterprise adoption, strengthening partner engagement, and supporting growth across priority regional markets.
You will lead the development and execution of integrated B2B marketing programmes, co-marketing campaigns, partner events, and product launch initiatives that support business growth and enhance partner investment.
Working closely with sales, product, public relations, field marketing, and global marketing teams, you will ensure consistent messaging, manage campaign approvals and marketing funds, and deliver scalable marketing solutions that drive awareness, engagement, and demand generation among enterprise customers.
The role requires extensive collaboration with external partners across the technology and telecommunications ecosystem, managing strategic relationships, coordinating joint marketing activities, and serving as a key representative in partner-led initiatives. You will also support event marketing activities, oversee creative and brand governance processes, and evaluate programme performance through marketing investment, campaign effectiveness, partner feedback, and business impact metrics.
As a key member of a newly formed regional team, you will work closely with stakeholders across multiple international markets while helping shape the future direction of enterprise partner marketing. The position offers significant visibility, extensive cross-functional exposure, and the opportunity to contribute to a high-growth business area with increasing strategic investment.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in B2B enterprise marketing within technology, software, telecommunications, or related industries, combined with expertise in product marketing, partner marketing, and channel ecosystem management. You should possess proven experience developing integrated marketing campaigns, managing strategic partnerships, and engaging enterprise customers, alongside excellent project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Fluency in Japanese is required to support regular communication and collaboration with partners and stakeholders in Japan.
Responsibilities
- Drive the development of successful, value-added co-marketing programmes with strategic partners and technology ecosystem stakeholders.
- Manage all creative approvals, including brand and copy, to ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
- Manage partner campaign approvals, including tracking budget allocation, requests, and claims to ensure timely execution.
- Partner with stakeholders to launch new products and solutions, collaborating with cross-functional internal and external teams, including PR, product, sales, and field marketing.
- Balance deep partner engagement and co-marketing execution with the development of scalable global solutions.
- Collaborate with product marketing and partner management teams to ensure messaging and value propositions are effectively amplified through partner channels.
- Support internal and partner event planning as needed, including content creation, speaker coordination, booth setup, and logistics.
- Work with strategic partners, distributors, and resellers to drive sales of technology solutions to enterprise customers.
- Manage existing partner relationships and identify opportunities to increase investment and engagement.
- Execute joint business briefings and integrated B2B marketing campaigns with strategic partners to drive awareness and demand generation.
Minimum Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
- Candidates should have 7 or more years of experience in technology or B2B enterprise marketing, preferably in partner, channel, or ecosystem marketing.
- Japanese language fluency is required due to the nature of the role, supporting regular communication and collaboration with partners and stakeholders in Japan.
- Experience in partner marketing, including developing partner assets, messaging, and narratives, is necessary.
- Demonstrated ability to design end-to-end marketing strategies and execute full-funnel integrated campaigns is required.
- Candidates must possess a high level of organisation and strong project management skills, including experience managing partners, external creative agencies, and event vendors.
- Multilingual capability is preferred.
- Experience in B2B technology marketing, enterprise solutions, SaaS, telecommunications, or related industries is desired.
- Product marketing experience within the technology sector is required.
