Project Coordinator – Job Scope

* Coordinate daily project activities and ensure work progresses according to the project schedule.

* Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project milestones.

* Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.

* Arrange manpower, materials, equipment, and other resources required for project execution.

* Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, schedules, records, and correspondence.

* Attend project/site meetings and follow up on outstanding matters and action items.

* Monitor project progress and promptly report delays, problems, or changes to the Project Manager.

* Coordinate delivery of materials and ensure required items are available according to the work schedule.

* Assist in preparing quotations, purchase requests, work orders, variation orders, and other project-related documents.

* Ensure project works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.

* Coordinate site inspections, testing, handover, and rectification works where required.

* Liaise with relevant parties to resolve operational and technical coordination issues.

* Ensure contractors and workers follow company procedures and workplace safety requirements.

* Maintain proper records of project costs, materials, manpower, and work progress.

* Perform other project coordination and administrative duties assigned by management.
