  • Prime Location: Kent Ridge MRT Station (Queenstown)

  • Purpose-driven role: Support families in the crucial hiring process. Manage end-to-end admin for caregiver hiring (Work Permits, Contracts)

  • Salary Range: SGD 3,000–3,650 (depending on experience)

About the Role

As a Care Operations & HR Admin, you will support the end-to-end operational and regulatory processes behind caregiver placements. You will work closely with Care Advisors and management to ensure all MOM, employment, and compliance requirements are handled accurately and on time.

This role is suitable for candidates who are process-driven, careful, and comfortable working with regulations and documentation.

We are a licensed employment agency specialising in live-in caregivers for elderly and adults with care needs. This role supports regulated care operations, HR documentation, and MOM work permit processes. It is not a general admin role and requires strong attention to detail, responsibility, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Employment Agency & MOM Compliance

  • Handle MOM Work Permit applications, renewals, transfers, and cancellations

  • Manage service agreements, job offer letters, employment contracts and HR documents

  • Track regulatory timelines and documentation requirements

  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with MOM and EA regulatory requirements

Care Operations & Post-Placement Coordination

  • Coordinate medical check-ups, insurance, arrival and onboarding processes

  • Coordinate caregiver arrival timelines after placement confirmation

  • Liaise with families on arrival details, documentation, and handover

  • Provide timely updates and manage client expectations professionally

  • Escalate delays or issues appropriately

Stakeholder & Client Communication

  • Communicate with families, care advisors, and overseas partners

  • Respond professionally via WhatsApp and email

  • Ensure clarity and accuracy in all client-facing communication

Internal Coordination & Support

  • Work closely with Care Advisors to ensure smooth case handovers

  • Follow up on outstanding items and approvals

  • Support operational improvements and process adherence


Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma qualification (preferred)

  • Candidates with no experience are welcome if strong in written English and detail-oriented

  • Prior experience in EA, HR operations, or MOM-related work is an advantage

  • Willingness to obtain and maintain CEI (Basic) certification (Course and Exam fully sponsored)

  • Reliable, responsible, and professional work attitude
