What does this Job Offer you?

• 5-day work week, office hours, 9:30AM – 6:30PM, Rest day on one weekday and one Saturday / Sunday.
• Job satisfaction. Through your work, you will provide families with qualified caregivers and trained helpers to look after the elderly or persons with disabilities.
• Mentorship, training and coaching will be provided.

Job Description

As a Recruitment / HR Admin Executive, you will be tasked with the end-to-end recruitment of caregivers and helpers including:

• Caregiver shortlisting, interview, selection and creation of biodata
• Caregiver work permit and related processing
• Onboarding, orientation and training
• Integration counselling and post placement follow-up calls
• Maintain social media page
• Other ad hoc operational matters

Requirements

• Open to applicants with no experience
• CEI holder (preferred) or Willing to train and pass the Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (Basic) before starting your job. Company will sponsor training and exam fee.
• Minimum diploma in any discipline.
• At least 2 years in deskbound work in any field in Singapore.
• Able to work independently with little supervision
• Competent in spoken and written English.
• Ability to converse Bahasa Indonesia / Melayu to our MDWs is not mandatory but would be helpful in performing the job.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel.
