EH13501913 - Regional Senior Finance Manager (Global Mobility Role)

The Company

Our client is a renowned infrastructure and logistic company with global presence across 25 countries. They are currently recruiting for a driven Regional Senior Finance Manager to drive FP&A and business partnering for their continuous growth plan in the Middle East and South Asia regions. This is a strategic business partnering role working directly with c-suit stakeholders.

The Role

Reporting to the CFO and Head of finance, you will be taking charge of management reporting, budgeting and forecasting for the Middle East and South Asia region. You will also be highly involved in supporting investment opportunities such as building financial modelling, investment analysis etc. You will work closely with C-Suit senior stakeholders to perform business reviews and support strategic business plans and investment decisions. This role may require travelling of 20-30% in the region. Most interestingly, this role is part of the global mobility program for future finance leaders. There will be global mobility and overseas secondment assignment involved for your long term career development once you join the group.

Your Profile

To be a successful candidate, you must be

• Degree qualified in Economics/Finance/Accountancy. CFA/CPA will be a plus.
• At least 6-8 years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Prior Big 4 candidates preferred.
• Prior experience in infrastructure/Logistic/Engineering with regional exposure is highly preferred.
• Preferred candidate who has worked with joint-venture partners as well.
• Additionally, strong communication skills are required to drive business partnering and must be able to influence business stakeholders.
• Must be open to travel and future global mobility.
