💰 Salary: $12/hour
📅 Contract: 1 year
📍 Start Date: January 2027
📍 End Date: December 2027

🕐 Working Hours

• Monday–Thursday: 7.30am–3.45pm (inclusive of 45-min lunch break)
• Friday: 7.30am–3.15pm (inclusive of 45-min lunch break)
• No service required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.

📋 Requirements

• WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 certification is required
• Relevant experience in a school or Nutrition & Food Science laboratory is preferred
• Inventory or food laboratory experience is an advantage
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with food preparation, cooking lessons and laboratory activities
• Assist with food orders, delivery checks and ingredient preparation
• Manage food supplies, stock checks and stocktakes
• Clean and maintain food laboratories, kitchen areas, utensils and equipment
• Ensure proper food and kitchen safety practices are followed
• Perform general cleaning and housekeeping duties
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the School
