Requirements

• 🎓 Degree in Psychology or a relevant discipline
• Experience in psychology, counselling, social work, behavioural sciences or programme management is an advantage
• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• 🗣️ Proficient in written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage
• Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• 📋 Develop and implement programmes and supporting frameworks
• 👥 Coordinate recruitment, selection and onboarding activities
• ⚙️ Manage programme operations and participant engagement
• 🤝 Organise engagement, cohesion and appreciation activities
• 📈 Review programme effectiveness and improve processes
• 🧠 Support training, psychological first aid and participant well-being initiatives
• 💼 Work with internal stakeholders to provide professional support and consultation
• Support other related projects and initiatives as assigned
