Ops Analyst(Distribution Support) - 12 Months contract - up to SGD5k

Morgan McKinley is hiring an Operations Admin Analyst (Distribution Support). In this role, you will administer the validation of third-party coding and policy assignment for all distribution channels.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct channel administration, including validation, appointment exercises, and maintaining adviser registers with 3rd party licenses.
• Manage policy coding, cessations, assignments, and ensure timely, accurate report delivery; review workflows and update SOPs as needed.
• Handle enquiries professionally and promptly, and assist in streamlining processes.
• Oversee Annual Fit & Proper Exercise, collate results, report breaches, and update SOPs accordingly.
• Support other administrative tasks such as monthly checks on adviser submissions, reactivation exercises, and managing adviser benefits; participate in projects and UAT as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with at least 2 years of experience in the insurance industry.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially MS Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas), Word, and PowerPoint; VBA proficiency is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with stakeholders.
• Meticulous with attention to detail, process-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Resourceful, independent, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
