Business Development & Operations Manager (Freight Forwarding)

Job Summary:

• Salary: Up to 7,500/month + Incentive

• Performance Bonus

• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

• Located at Changi Business Park

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow key customer accounts to drive revenue and profitability.

• Lead and manage commercial, customer service, and daily freight forwarding operations.

• Ensure operational efficiency, service excellence, and strong customer relationships.

• Mentor and develop team members while driving overall commercial and operational performance.

Skills/Experience Required

• Around 10 years of sales, commercial, and operations experience in freight forwarding.

• At least 3 years of leadership or team management experience.

• Strong existing customer portfolio with the potential to generate at least SGD 50,000 in monthly revenue.

• Proven ability to drive business development while overseeing Customer Service and Operations functions.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree with strong commercial, customer management, and operational capabilities.
