Assistant Scientific Executive @ Prince George Park

Job Scope:

You will work in a laboratory which provides radiation dose monitoring services to radiation workers in Singapore. You will be responsible for the following:

• Enhance work processes and customer relations to elevate service quality.
• Lead customer service surveys, analyse feedback, and drive process improvements.
• Track application payment and dosimeter issuance to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Coordinate dosimeter preparation, distribution, and courier services for streamlined logistics and timely delivery.
• Conduct quality checks on returned dosimeters, maintain communication with customers, and manage courier job lists to ensure quality assurance.

Requirements:

• Preferably 1-2 years of relevant working experience in a service laboratory
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel
• Ability to work independently
• Good interpersonal communication skills
• Meticulous with an eye for detail

Working Hours: Office Hours

Contract Period: 6 months (with extension of 2 months subjected to work performance)

Salary: $14.50-$15.70/hr (based on experience and qualifications)
