Job Summary

Lead and supervise daily food stall operations to ensure excellent customer service, cleanliness, and adherence to company policies while managing staff training and handling customer feedback effectively.

Responsibilities

• Engage confidently with customers, colleagues, and other departments to facilitate smooth operations and positive interactions
• Inspect and maintain overall cleanliness of the outlet to meet company standards
• Deliver training to staff to enhance their skills and ensure compliance with operational procedures
• Apply company policies and procedures consistently in daily operations
• Address and resolve customer complaints and feedback to improve service quality
• Manage opening and closing processes to ensure operational readiness and security
• Adapt quickly and think critically to solve problems in a fast-paced food stall environment
• Demonstrate passion, energy, and professionalism in all work activities
• Collaborate effectively as a team player to achieve operational goals
• Work night shifts and public holidays as required to support business needs
