About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HNW Relationship Manager to join our client services team. This role is central to building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while delivering expert financial advisory services. You will act as the bridge between the company and its clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and driving client satisfaction and retention. This position plays an important part in our growth strategy within the insurance technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and personalised service
• Provide comprehensive financial advisory services tailored to individual client needs and circumstances
• Assess client financial situations and recommend suitable insurance and financial products
• Manage client portfolios to ensure optimal product performance and suitability
• Handle client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction
• Prepare detailed financial plans and proposals based on thorough analysis of client requirements
• Conduct regular client reviews to ensure continued alignment with their financial objectives
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities while maintaining a client-centric approach
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client experience
• Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and product developments

Requirements

• CMFAS Certificate in General Insurance (BCP, PGI, CGI)
• CMFAS Certification in Life and Health Insurance (M5, HI, M9, M9A, M8, M8A)
• Minimum 1 year of insurance sales experience
• Diploma or degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Experience in client services, financial advisory, or relationship management within banking, insurance, or financial services
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, investment instruments, and financial planning principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly to a diverse range of clients
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Sound understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the financial services industry
