Senior Executive HRIS (5 Months) - HSN

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:

Salary: $3,000 – $4,500
Working Location: Novena

Key Responsibilities:

1. HRIS Issue Triage & Support

• Receive and log HR user enquiries and identify whether issues are related to process, data, system, or configuration.
• Route enquiries to the appropriate team member for resolution.
• Follow up on outstanding issues until they are resolved.
• Provide basic guidance to HR users on common system-related enquiries.

2. Administrative Support

• Take minutes during weekly team lead meetings and project meetings, and circulate action items.
• Coordinate meeting schedules and arrange meeting rooms.
• Provide general administrative and ad hoc support to the Group HRIS team.

3. Continuous Improvement & Documentation

• Identify recurring issues and process gaps from day-to-day operations and change requests.
• Support the team in proposing process or system configuration improvements.
• Maintain and update SOPs, user guides, and configuration documentation to support consistent usage across institutions.

Job Requirements:

• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with HRSS and HRIS stakeholders.
• Prior HR or HR Shared Services experience is an advantage.
