Front of House | Guest Service (Banking | 1 yr contract) DT

As the operational backbone of the Singapore office, you will ensure seamless daily administrative functions, curate a welcoming environment, and drive workplace logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Front-of-House & Guest Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact, welcoming visitors and staff with warmth, directing phone calls, and maintaining high standards of office presentation.
• Events & Culinary Coordination: Plan and execute office events, source catering for team lunches, and leverage an active interest in Singapore's food scene to elevate internal gatherings.
• Facilities & Vendor Management: Oversee service providers for maintenance and catering, manage inventory for pantry and office supplies, and cover wider facilities duties as needed.
• Logistics & Meeting Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail/couriers, manage meeting room bookings, and configure audio-visual equipment for seamless video conferencing.
• Administrative & Digital Maintenance: Organize files, calendars, and team documentation using platforms like SharePoint and Confluence.

Candidate Qualifications

• High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and an eagerness to use AI tools to automate and streamline daily tasks.
• Exceptional communication and confidence in engaging across all seniority levels, and composed when handling time-sensitive demands.
• Enthusiastic about event planning and well-versed in Singapore’s dining landscape.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong priority-management skills.
• Possesses a collaborative, "can-do" attitude where no task is too small, combined with warmth, social awareness, and solid judgment.
