Job Responsibilities

‑ Establish clear daily, weekly and monthly team objectives and cascade these targets to team members

‑ Plan workflow, allocate job responsibilities and prepare work schedules for smooth daily operations

‑ Oversee day‑to‑day team performance and provide on‑the‑job coaching to employees

‑Evaluate operational workflows to detect efficiency shortfalls and advise on optimisation initiatives

‑ Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety protocols and internal company standards

Requirements

‑ Demonstrated hands‑on working experience in a Supervisor or equivalent leadership capacity

‑ Strong organisational skills and proven leadership capabilities

‑ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage cross‑team members

‑ Self‑driven and results‑oriented mindset to deliver team targets

‑ Effective problem‑solving aptitude to address operational challenges
