BIM Modeler (M&E)

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems.
• Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models using software such as Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Coordinate and integrate M&E services with architectural and structural models.
• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues with project teams.
• Ensure models comply with project specifications, BIM standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and site teams for smooth project execution.
• Update and revise BIM models based on design changes and site feedback.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in BIM modeling for M&E works.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of BIM processes, standards, and coordination workflows.
• Experience in construction or engineering projects is an advantage.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Navisworks for clash detection.
• Ability to read and interpret M&E drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
