Job Summary

Support store operations by coordinating shipments, managing inventory data, and generating stock reports to ensure smooth logistics and stock control.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate store operations to support efficient workflow and inventory management
• Communicate with Sales Admin department to manage outgoing shipments accurately
• Collaborate with Purchase department to track and confirm incoming material shipments
• Generate packing lists to facilitate accurate stock picking processes
• Perform data entry and monitor stock and inventory levels to maintain accuracy
• Prepare and submit stock reports to the store supervisor for review and decision-making
• Complete ad-hoc tasks as assigned to support store and logistics functions

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• GCE ‘O’ level or Diploma in logistics or related field
• Relevant experience in logistics or inventory management is advantageous
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Demonstrate independence and proactive teamwork in daily tasks
• Exhibit a positive and professional work attitude
