Construction Site HR Admin

Salary: $2,800 - $3,500 (Based on Experience)

Location: Changi / Project Site

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

• Monthly Rest Days: 6

Responsibilities:

• Support daily HR and administrative operations at the construction site

• Maintain employee attendance and manpower records

• Coordinate worker accommodation and basic employee welfare matters

• Assist with on-site manpower and resource coordination

• Handle petty cash, documents, records, and general site paperwork

• Coordinate with suppliers, workers, visitors, and project personnel

• Maintain proper filing and prepare administrative reports

• Provide general clerical and administrative support to the site team

Requirements:

• GCE O/A Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification

• Relevant construction industry experience is required

• Experience in construction site administration, HR, or site coordination is preferred

• Familiar with construction site operations and processes

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Word and Excel

• Good organizational and coordination skills

• Able to handle documentation, petty cash, and administrative records accurately

• Able to work independently in a construction site environment

• Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
