Admin & Front Desk Coordinator (Noon shift)/CBD/1 yr Contract/$3500

Job Duties

• Assist in front desk duties like: welcome guests, serve beverages and manage incoming calls and deliveries.
• Oversee pantry inventory by ordering, restocking and organizing snacks, drinks/coffee and replenish or order essential supplies.
• Maintain office tidiness and coordinate with building management or external vendors for repairs and maintenance.
• Assist in General Office Admin duties like track and replenish office stationery, manage digital/physical files and assist with data entry/reports
• Provide ad-hoc administrative support to various departments and help organize internal office events or team lunches

Requirements

• Strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in basic office software, and possess a proactive, reliable attitude
• Minimum 1 year experience in the relevant role
• Able to start in short notice and commit to working hrs - Mon to Fri: 12.45pm to 9.45pm
• Only Singaporean need to apply
