Admin Assistant (1-Year Contract Renewable) – Up to $2,800

Salary: $2,400 – $2,800/month
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM – 5:30 PM
Contract: 1 year, renewable subject to project needs
Location: East, Singapore (Near MRT)

The Role

Our client is a leading Japanese MNC in the factory automation industry. They are looking for a Admin Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing Department.

This is an entry-level opportunity for candidates who want to gain experience in a professional MNC environment and build exposure to marketing-related work.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Marketing Department
• Prepare and update documents using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Perform data entry and maintain records using the company's internal system
• Check and verify information for accuracy before submission
• Assist with general marketing-related administrative tasks
• Support the team with ad-hoc tasks when required

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Meticulous, organised and detail-oriented
• Good at checking work and ensuring accuracy
• Able to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
• Comfortable handling routine administrative work
• Willing to assist with urgent or ad-hoc tasks when required
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
