Administrative Assistant (Sales & Project Support), $3,000

Salary: $2,400 – $3,000/month
Working Location: Commonwealth (Near MRT)
Working Hours: 9am to 6pm (Mon to Fri)

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue sales quotations, order acknowledgements and other sales documents.
• Assist with tender preparation, submission and documentation to ensure deadlines and requirements are met.
• Provide administrative support to the project team, including tracking project milestones and maintaining project records.
• Handle customer enquiries and follow up on orders professionally.
• Maintain accurate and organised records of quotations, tenders, contracts and customer correspondence.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales and project operations.

Requirements:

• GCE ‘O’ / ‘A’ Levels; Diploma in Biotechnology, Business Administration, Accounting or related disciplines will be advantageous.
• Meticulous, organised and attentive to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset.
• Able to multitask, prioritise work and meet deadlines.
• Candidates with experience in sales administration, quotation preparation, tender documentation or project coordination will be advantageous.
